Basic Policy Toward Antisocial Forces
SANIX HOLDINGS INC. and Sanix Group (hereinafter referred to as Sanix Group) has established the following basic policy regarding antisocial forces in recognition of the importance of compliance and social responsibility in business activities.
Basic Policy
| Article 1 | Sanix Group establishes corporate ethics that take a firm stance against antisocial forces. |

| Article 2 | Sanix Group shall have no relationship whatsoever with antisocial forces. |
| Article 3 | Sanix Group shall not provide any property or convenience to antisocial forces. |
| Article 4 | Sanix Group shall respond to any unjust or unlawful demands from antisocial forces in an organized manner in close cooperation with external experts such as the police and lawyers. |
The company group shall consist of subsidiaries subject to consolidation.
