SUSTAINABILITY SOCIETY

Employees and Employment

All corporate activities reside in human capital. Creating the talent that will lead the future.

The Sanix Group has long positioned "human resource development" as a priority. In FY2025, we established "Challenge with Autonomy" as the fundamental philosophy for personnel and organizational management. To realize this, we formalized the core values of "Creativity & Challenge," "Diversity," and "Physical & Mental Health." We provide a stage where every employee can perform at their best of their own volition to achieve sustainable growth.

Note: Due to the transition to a holding company structure on April 1, 2025, the following figures include major consolidated subsidiaries from FY2025 onwards.
