SUSTAINABILITY ENVIRONMENT

House

Creating a society where “connecting comfortable residential environments to the next generation” is the norm"

Wood decay and termite damage in residential buildings, as well as the deterioration of water supply and drainage pipes in buildings and apartments, are hidden factors that shorten the lifespan of valuable structures. At the Sanix Group, we promote total maintenance from the perspective of "preventive medicine" (the philosophy of preventing issues before they arise). Furthermore, we contribute to the realization of a comfortable and hygienic life that is passed down through generations, through solar power generation, renovations, and urban space hygiene management.

▼Progress of KPIs

Fiscal Year 2023 2024 2025
Houses with termite disinfection 835,000 840,000 845,000

Conducted ecological surveys of the Asian tiger mosquito.

Energy

Creating a society where “energy with low environmental impact” is the norm

Decarbonization is now a common challenge for all humankind. In Japan, this trend has been accelerating since the 2050 Carbon Neutral Declaration.
We propose the most appropriate form of solar power generation systems to meet the needs of our customers. From installation to maintenance, we support the promotion of environmental management and the spread of renewable energy.

▼Progress of KPIs

Fiscal Year 2023 2024 2025
Solar power sales and installation (in-house installation only) 50,000 51,000 52,000

Waste

Creating a society where “not wasting” is the norm

Since the creation of a sustainable society has become a common social issue, the adequate disposal and recycling of industrial waste is an important theme.
Our group contributes to the creation of a circulation-oriented society through businesses that consider the global environment for the next generation, such as the recycling of waste plastics into fuel and the purification and recycling of waste liquids discharged from food factories.

▼Progress of KPIs

Fiscal Year 2023 2024 2025

Participation in the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai "TEAM EXPO Pavilion": Created wall art using plastic recovered from marine debris and industrial waste.

Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) Project: Our "Project for manufacturing SAF raw materials from grease trap sludge" was selected for the Ministry of the Environment's Demonstration Project for Social Implementation of Low-CO2 Jet Fuel Production using Waste-derived Biomass.

Award Recognition: The Niigata Plant received the "FY2025 Niigata Prefecture Excellent Recycling Business Award."

Art Brut Integration: Reproduced Art Brut works using 3D printers with waste plastic as raw material for the Osaka/Kansai Expo.
Taking on the challenge of turning "Recycled Oil Bio" (oil separated and recovered from grease trap sludge) into a raw material for SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel) through advanced refining.

Global Warming

The Sanix Group contributes to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions through its core businesses, including the promotion of solar power, extending the lifespan of housing, and suppressing energy consumption through waste recycling. Below is a report on emission reductions from our own Group operations.
