Please note that requests for disclosure, etc., must be made on a prescribed application form, and a fee may be charged.

6.Safety Management Measures

We take necessary and appropriate security measures to protect personal data from leakage, loss, or damage, such as managing access to personal data, restricting the means of carrying out personal data, and preventing unauthorized access from outside. We utilize relevant laws and guidelines to implement appropriate security measures for the personal data we hold as follows:

(1) Formulation of Basic Policy
We have established a privacy policy outlining compliance with relevant laws and regulations, acquisition, use, and provision of personal information, and a point of contact for questions and complaints, to ensure the proper handling of personal data
(2) Establishment of Rules for Handling Personal Data
We have established operational rules regarding the handling methods of personal data, as well as the responsibilities and duties of those in charge.
(3) Technical and Physical Security Measures
We implement the following measures: Managing access to personal data (limiting access to authorized personnel (including measures to immediately invalidate accounts of transferred or retired employees), monitoring access status (long-term retention of access logs), regular password changes, and entry/exit management).
Restricting the means of carrying out personal data (prohibiting arbitrary recording on external storage media, monitoring emails between inside and outside the company as stipulated in internal regulations, etc.).
Preventing unauthorized access from outside (such as installing firewalls).
(4) Organizational Security Measures
The personal information protection manager supervises employees (including dispatched workers) and establishes a reporting system to notify responsible parties of any violations of laws or regulations, or signs of such violations.
In case of violations of operational rules, we will take strict measures, including disciplinary action, based on internal regulations.
We establish internal regulations and manuals regarding safety management, ensure that employees comply with them, and conduct appropriate audits of compliance.
