When was the company established?: The company was founded in 1975 in Sasebo, Nagasaki, Japan, and established in 1978 as Sanyo Disinfection Co. In 1987, the company changed its name to SANIX INCORPORATED. In April 2025, we transitioned to a holding company structure, and our group headquarters changed its corporate name to SANIX HOLDINGS INCORPORATED.

When was the company listed?: The company was listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, the Second Section of the Osaka Securities Exchange and the Fukuoka Stock Exchange in 1997, and on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the First Section of the Osaka Securities Exchange in 1999. In 2022, SANIX moved from the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange to the Prime Market due to a reorganization of the Tokyo Stock Exchange's market segments, followed by the Standard Market in 2023.

When is the financial year end?: The financial year ends on 31 March every year.

What is the trading unit for trading shares?: One trading unit is 100 shares.

Who is the contact point for various share procedures?: For shareholders who trade at a securities company, the contact is the securities company with which you trade; for shareholders recorded in a special account, the contact is Mizuho Trust & Banking Co.
